1. Acceptance & Service Scope / 条款接受与服务范围
By accessing or using CocaCoach ("Platform", "we", "us"), provided by Merrythought Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
通过访问或使用由 Merrythought Limited（美思咨询有限公司）提供的 CocaCoach 平台（以下简称“本平台”或“我们”），即表示您同意接受本服务条款的约束。如您不同意本条款，请勿使用本平台。
2. Independent Educational Disclaimer / 独立教育性免责声明
CocaCoach is an independent educational diagnostic and test preparation simulator. "ICF", "ACC", "PCC", "MCC", "ACTC", and "Core Competencies" are trademarks or registered trademarks of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). CocaCoach is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the ICF or Pearson VUE. Our scaled scores (110–600) and diagnostics are predictive calibrations and do not guarantee an official credentialing pass result.
CocaCoach 是一套独立的教练认证备考诊断系统。“ICF”、“ACC”、“PCC”、“MCC”、“ACTC”及“核心胜任力”均为国际教练联合会（International Coaching Federation）的注册商标。本平台与 ICF 或 Pearson VUE 均无附属、赞助或官方背书关系。本平台提供的 110–600 标度分与诊断雷达仅作为自测学习参考，不构成对官方机考通过结果的法律保证。
3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy / 知识产权与反盗版保护
All question stems, situational judgment scenarios, rationales, FOCAL / HINGE rubrics, user interface designs, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Merrythought Limited. Candidates are strictly prohibited from copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, sharing account passes, or redistributing question bank contents. Individual sessions are stamped with forensic digital watermarks to detect unauthorized leakage.
本平台所有的情景题干、四选项设计、双向归因解析、FOCAL / HINGE 解题方法论、界面设计及底层代码均属于 Merrythought Limited 的独家知识产权。严禁任何考生或机构进行题目抓取、反向工程、账号租借共享或对外翻录转售题库。每个考生的机考界面均嵌入了防伪数字水印，用于溯源非法泄露。
4. Subscriptions & Payments / 订阅、支付与访问期限
Paid passes (e.g. 90-Day Pro Pass, Lifetime Master Pass) are billed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) or local currency equivalents via Stripe. Passes grant non-transferable access for the specified duration. One-time pass fees do not recur automatically unless explicitly selected.
付费模考通行证（如 90 天全轨通、终身保障通）通过 Stripe 以港币（HKD）或等值当地货币结算。通行证仅限购买者个人非转让使用。单次通行证不包含自动续费。
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution / 适用法律与争议管辖
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
本条款受中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律管辖并按其解释。因本条款引起的任何争议，均应提交香港特别行政区有管辖权的法院专属管辖。
