1. 7-Day Fair Trial Guarantee / 7 天合理退款保障
We want you to feel completely confident preparing for your ICF credential with CocaCoach. If you purchase a 90-Day Pro Pass or Lifetime Master Pass and find that the simulator does not meet your technical expectations, you may request a 100% full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- You have submitted fewer than two (2) full simulation papers; and
- Your account has not violated our intellectual property terms (e.g. bulk scraping, sharing access).
我们希望您能百分之百放心地使用 CocaCoach 备战 ICF 教练认证。如果您购买了 90 天全轨通或终身保障通，在购买之日起 7 天内 发现平台无法满足您的模考技术预期，在满足以下条件的前提下，可申请 100% 全额退款：
- 在平台提交的全真模拟考场场次少于两（2）场；且
- 您的账户未发生抓取题库、共享转借等违反知识产权条款的行为。
2. Non-Refundable Situations / 不予退款情形
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital educational materials, refunds cannot be granted in the following scenarios:
- Requests made after the 7-day initial guarantee window;
- Accounts that have completed two or more full-length simulations;
- Purchases made with promotional 100% off coupon/invite codes (e.g. free beta redemptions);
- Disputes arising solely from candidate performance results in the actual official ICF exam.
鉴于数字化教育题库在开通后即可全量获取与查阅，以下情况恕不支持退款：
- 自购买之日起超出 7 天的退款申请；
- 已完成并提交 2 场或更多全真模拟考试的账户；
- 使用免费内测码或 100% 减免优惠码兑换的账户；
- 因考生在真实 ICF 官方考场中的实际考试成绩而提出的退款主张。
3. Refund Request Process / 退款申请流程
To initiate a refund, please send an email to
support@cocacoach.global or billing@merrythought.hk from the email address associated with your purchase, including your Stripe receipt number. Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment card via Stripe within 3–5 business days.如需申请退款，请使用您的购买邮箱发送邮件至
support@cocacoach.global 或 billing@merrythought.hk，并附上您的 Stripe 订单收据编号。审核通过后，退款将通过 Stripe 原路退回至您的支付信用卡或银行卡，通常需 3–5 个工作日 到账。
